(Senior) Talent Development Manager (m/w/d)

We are a young company that was founded in 2013 and have grown rapidly with numerous branches in Germany. We offer fresh ingredients and dishes, and are looking for a Senior Talent Development Manager to design and develop modern HR standards and structures.

Requirements

• Successful completed studies (e.g., personnel development, psychology, or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in personnel development, ideally in decentralized organizational structures (branch operations)
• In-depth knowledge of training design and modern training methods (presence, e-learning, learning management systems (LMS))
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex content in a comprehensible way
• Strong implementation orientation ('hands-on' mentality) combined with strategic thinking
• Very good German and English language skills
