Requirements
- Successful completed studies (e.g., personnel development, psychology, or comparable)
- Several years of professional experience in personnel development, ideally in decentralized organizational structures (branch operations)
- In-depth knowledge of training design and modern training methods (presence, e-learning, learning management systems (LMS))
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex content in a comprehensible way
- Strong implementation orientation ('hands-on' mentality) combined with strategic thinking
- Very good German and English language skills
