Eataly is seeking a Category Manager for Meat & Seafood to oversee catalog management and monitoring of protein sales and usage for Eataly's locations in North America. The role involves developing proposals, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining relationships with producers and teams.

Requirements

• Three years of progressively more responsible experience in category management, purchasing, or related data analytics and purchasing centric fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication and data analysis skills
