Perform routine tasks such as grinding, select fit sizing, and/or assembly operations as a Machine Technician I. Contribute to a safe, engaged, and inclusive work culture and maintain expected progress of jobs. Cross-train and stand in for other employees/job functions when necessary.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- One year of machining and/or assembly experience
- Ability to use hand tools and perform inspections and routine maintenance on machines
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis
- Strong math skills and ability to read engineering drawings (preferred)
- Previous experience with computerized machining equipment (highly preferred)
