Join Eaton, a global leader in energy management, as a Buyer in their EMEA Business Service Center in Budapest. Support Eaton manufacturing plants and other locations in the EMEA region with operational procurement activities. Work closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and teams to ensure on-time delivery and high supply performance.

Requirements

• Procures direct materials following plant and corporate regulations
• Communicates and coordinates with network schedulers for plan and execution updates
• Executes exception messages from MRP/Kinaxis and manages internal escalations
• Resolves internal discrepancies with operations and external issues with suppliers
• Works closely with logistics partners & Logistics schedulers/planners and suppliers for material delivery as per incoterms
• Evaluates and monitors supply performance (SOTD) and works with suppliers and category managers to implement corrective/preventive actions
• Maintains inventory levels of materials in accordance with the objectives set
• Coordinates with Supplier Quality and suppliers for RMA of defective parts and related reverse logistics
• Maintains relevant purchasing data in collaboration with Data Health and Commodity team
