Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading all Continuous Improvement activities in support of business objectives. The role champions a culture of inclusion and accountability, develops long-term strategic plans, and utilizes Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and drive customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and improved working capital performance.

Requirements

• Champion a culture of inclusion and accountability
• Develop the Bethel plant's long-term strategic plan for Continuous Improvement
• Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and drive customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and improved working capital performance
• Lead production and functional teams in the monitoring and improvement of processes
• Facilitate improvement activities, including training, mentoring, and Kaizen events
• Deploy DMAIC problem solving and provide Lean and Six Sigma support across the organization
• Conduct or support various internal and external assessments
• Facilitate the annual organizational objective planning process
• Demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment
• Provide technical support to sister locations for shared product lines and manufacturing processes
