Job Description
Eaton is seeking a Data Center Segment Strategy & Offer Management Leader to drive commercial success of its systems portfolio within the Data Center segment. The role combines strategic segment leadership with hands-on offer management to ensure a clear and cohesive link between market needs, segment strategy, and portfolio execution.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in Offer Management, Business Development, or Segment Strategy roles
- Master degree/diploma in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering or technical related field - or business degree with relatable experience
- Proven success in strategy planning, Offer management and systems commercialization in the DC segment
