Job Description
The Design Engineering Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading the Continuous Improvement Engineering teams supporting the Low Voltage Motor Control Center and Enclosed Control product lines. The role involves providing design engineering guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the Engineering Change Order process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Five+ years of combined experience in mechanical design, sheet metal design, 3D CAD modeling, and assembly or installation
- Ability to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship
