Director Operational Excellence

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Director Operational Excellence to lead the execution and deployment of Continuous Improvement, Quality, and Supply Chain initiatives across the division and Electrical Sector. The Director will be responsible for managing functional managers, championing the deployment of the Eaton Business System, and promoting a customer-focused culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of operations experience in a Continuous Improvement or OpEx role
• Minimum of 7 years managing cross-functional large-scale projects
• Minimum of 7 years leading high-performing teams leading to measurable outcomes
• Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
