EHS Supervisor

Eaton is seeking an EHS Supervisor in Shanghai to manage the Environment, Safety, Health protocol (EHS) management of the plant, drive Eaton’s strategic safety initiatives, and strengthen environmental, health, and safety practices across field operations.

Requirements

• Floor safety risk idetify and prevention
• Improvement of employee safety behaviors
• Implementation of corrective measures
• Maintenance of EHS system in line with internal and external requirements
• Organization of EHS activities
• Identification and assessment of EHS risk
• Investigation of incidents and tracking of corrective action plans
• Compliance with new legislations
• Plan for emergency situations
• Organization of physical examinations
• Record, analysis, and reporting of EHS performance
