Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift

Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift at Eaton's EPG CHD EP Americas division. Perform installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment, plant, and associated systems.

Requirements

• Perform troubleshooting, corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Monitor equipment proper function via routine inspection and daily observation.
• Perform routine preventive Maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including motors, conveyors, mechanical parts, electrical wiring, and related components.
• Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting, including work with AC, DC circuits, single-phase and three-phase power.
• Adhere to and follow all safety rules, procedures, and regulations.
• Document and report any issues to your supervisor.
• Actively participate in safety committees and initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain and provide timely records of work performed, including completing work orders and document usage of spare parts daily.
• Maintain and secure tools and repair equipment.
• Maintain/clean work areas.
• Communicate equipment/plant status as required.
• Operate a variety of lifts etc.
• Work with Operations team members and leaders in work area to ensure uptime on equipment and repairs complete and effective with operations team.
• Share learnings and train/cross train with coworkers to ensure knowledge is shared by maintenance team.
• Other duties as assigned.
