Engineer - QA Automation

We are seeking an Engineer - QA Automation to perform testing and provide assistance to develop and maintain test setup, automation of testcases, and on-time completion of accurate product testing in accordance with specific test procedures. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, 3-5 years of experience in software development and testing, and proficiency in Python, Java, or C#. The candidate will also have experience with test automation frameworks, source control software, and code collaboration tools. The role involves designing and implementing robust test automation suites, collaborating with development and hardware teams, and maintaining detailed documentation of test results and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering in Electronics/Electrical/Controls/Instrumentation
• 3-5 years of experience in software development and testing or test tool development
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting language
• Experience with creating test plans and test cases for embedded and application software
• Proficient understanding of source control software and code collaboration tools
• Experience working in an Agile SCRUM development lifecycle
• Proficient in data-driven testing approaches
• Leadership skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and across functions in a global organization
