Requirements

• Serve as a domain expert and leader in research, technology development, and demonstration.
• Perform as project lead with responsibilities to ensure technical flow, track on project milestones, coordinate, and mentor project team members.
• Lead and contribute to the value proposition development for technical projects and programs.
• Lead and contribute to government proposal preparation and project execution.
• Foster business relationships by presenting ideas and projects, participating in ideation events, acquiring resources, and funding.
• Execute essential functions in cultivating external partnerships and aligning with outside technological advancements.
• Develop as an industry-recognized subject matter expert through active participation in conferences, seminars, standard bodies, and relevant industrial/academic consortium meetings.
• Lead and contribute to IP generation through authoring/co-authoring disclosures and patents.
