Fabrication Technician - 2nd Shift

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Fabrication Technician - 2nd Shift. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 4:00pm to 12:45am. The rate for this position is $23.92 plus a $1.00 shift differential per hour. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Requirements

• Fabricate parts from steel, aluminum and cast metals according to specifications in blueprints.
• Maintain a safe, engaged, and inclusive work culture.
• Setup, operate and perform periodic maintenance on various machines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and complete root cause analysis.
• Perform quality checks and troubleshoot errors.
