Facilities Technician 2nd Shift

The Facilities Technician 2nd Shift position is responsible for maintaining the facility and production equipment, completing PMs, and minimizing downtime. The position supports operations and capital assets, including equipment, machinery, and building maintenance. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and repair equipment using a systematic process, read and interpret technical diagrams, and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment
• Read and interpret technical diagrams such as electrical, hydraulic schematics and PLCs
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair equipment using a systematic process
• Mechanical and general facilities repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, welding, roofing
• Support daily plant operations through effective troubleshooting and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Control system
• Maximize equipment reliability by effectively performing assigned work orders and PMs
• Complete work on Continuous Improvement activities related to the facility as needed
• Assist with outside contractors on various plant projects and repairs
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
