Field Service Engineer Graduate Development Program

Eaton is seeking 5 motivated Engineers to join its Field Service Engineer Graduate Program, a 3-year journey to launch their career as skilled Field Service Engineers. The program includes on-the-job training, structured shadow-work, and hands-on responsibilities at customer and end-user sites.

Requirements

• Freshly graduated from Technical School / University with Diploma or a Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)
• Basics knowledge on Electrical Power Systems
• English language - minimum B2
• European drivers license is an advantage
