Job Description
The Finance Analyst will provide financial guidance to Plant Manager, Finance Controller, and other plant leadership, manage ad hoc projects, and lead the account reconciliation process. The incumbent will also ensure timely closure of books, administer foreign currency hedges, and provide leadership to ensure adequate accounting processes are in place.
Requirements
- Advising and counseling Plant Manager, Finance Controller, and other plant leadership on financial implications of operating strategies, cost control actions, and decisions
- Leading ad hoc projects, including ERP implementations and system upgrades
- Managing, analyzing, evaluating operating results, and driving manufacturing productivity
- Ensuring monthly closure of books within timelines set
- Providing leadership to ensure adequate accounting processes are in place
- Administering all foreign currency hedges for the business and forecasting cash requirements
