Job Description
A Finance Analyst is required to perform accounts payable tasks such as processing vendor invoices, reconciling purchase orders and invoices, and maintaining accurate accounts payable records. The role also involves investigating and resolving invoice disputes, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and collaborating with procurement and finance teams to improve AP workflows.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, financial operations, or a similar role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset with high accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AP automation tools and digital invoicing platforms is a plus
