Job Description
As a Finance Manager, you will provide financial leadership to the Gilching, Germany facility, serving as a business partner and change agent to drive plant continuous improvement actions and achieve overall plant targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting and/or finance, preferably in an international environment
- 3-5 years of manufacturing finance experience, with a strong focus on cost accounting / plant controlling
- 2 years of data analytics experience is preferred
