Job Description
Eaton is looking for a HR Manager to coordinate and maintain HR policies and procedures for the Human Resources Department in accordance with legal, divisional and corporate guidelines.
Requirements
- CIPD Level 7 qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment in a senior HR role
- Employment law knowledge
- Managerial skills in budgeting, wage and salary administration and employee relations
- Ideally experienced in a global/matrixed environment
