Inside Sales Engineer

Inside Sales Engineer role supporting management, outside sales engineers and internal/external customers in providing effective solutions to challenging problems involving technical, service and commercial issues in the Eaton Electrical Sales Division.

Requirements

• Coordinate pricing quotes with the field sales team, pricing department, and product managers
• Review and interpret customer needs on plans and specifications
• Proactively facilitate timely solutions to customer issues
• Coordinate warranty and non-warranty repairs and returns
• Project manage small to medium projects
• Establish and maintain commercial relations with customers
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to travel up to 10%
