Job Description
Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative in the Fenton, MO area to support customers across the power system lifecycle, provide 24/7 on-call availability, and develop strong working relationships with customers and service shops.
Requirements
- Support customers across the power system lifecycle
- Provide 24/7 on-call availability
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, service shops, and other organizations
- Possess knowledge of UL, NEMA, and NEC standards
- Generate timely and accurate service reports
- Manage multiple projects independently
- Mentor less experienced technicians
