Job Description
Lead Mechanical Design Engineer will lead design to develop, test, complete and launch new products and extensions to existing product lines, and instruct and train young engineers to improve team’s capability in mechanical area and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and above in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 or more years experience in new product development in electromechanical system low voltage field
- Rich experience in components design and material selection
- Proven history of managing new product development programs
- Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing customer market environment
