Job Description
Eaton’s Electrical division is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical design and development of product lines, contribute to design, development, and prototype production, and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- Lead the successful launch of critical power infrastructure products
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define requirements and create mechanical systems
- Provide technical leadership to project team members
- Develop and support building engineering and validation prototypes
- Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents
