Requirements

• 10 years' experience in an engineering role
• Degree in a relevant subject
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Experience of engineering lifecycle and design reviews
• Technical report writing
• Presenting technical content at all levels across the business
• Indirect or direct management experience
