Machine Operator

The Machine Operator will fabricate parts from steel, copper, or aluminum according to blueprints, work with a team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals, and cross train to cover other job functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience as a machine operator or a graduate of a machine certificate program
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Ability to work with independence and make decisions that affect the workgroup
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive skills, and analytical problem-solving skills
