Job Description
Build a smarter, more sustainable industry. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll optimize entire value streams, help the industry become smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable, and continuously build a more efficient, smarter factory.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus or be prepared to obtain it)
- Experience with project-based work
- Able to independently lead projects
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software
- Experience with data analysis and process improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills (e.g. 8D, RCA)
- Good communication skills (Dutch and English)
- Experience with or affinity for digitalization and robotics (Digital Transformation) is a strong plus
