Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting plant High Performance Work Teams (HPWTs) by implementing Advanced Manufacturing technologies, tooling design, and gauging to most effectively improve the plant’s High 5 metrics: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical discipline and minimum of three months of internship or co-op experience in engineering or manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical discipline
• Minimum of three months of internship or co-op experience in engineering or manufacturing
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification is preferred
