Job Description
Eaton South Molton is a manufacturing facility located in Devon, UK, that produces high-quality aerospace components. The Manufacturing Team Manager will oversee and lead all activities associated with manufacturing and production, driving continuous improvement and ensuring safety, reliability, and cutting-edge innovation.
Requirements
- Champion a culture change through the framework of High Performance Work Teams (HPWTs)
- Drive continuous improvement and application through the use of EBS, BOS, CIF, and HPWTs
- Champion implementation of Lean activities to eliminate waste opportunities of key processes
