Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Material Handler 1-2nd Shift at our El Paso, TX location to provide shipping and warehousing expertise to support the Switchboard Team. The role involves receiving and processing material kitting orders, completing inventory transactions, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of forklift operation experience (sit-down/standup)
- High school degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive skills, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of AS400, VISTA, and MAPICS systems
- Knowledge of Lean and continuous process improvements
