Job Description
Eaton is seeking a Product Engineering Manager to lead a site engineering team in Batam, IDN. The individual will be responsible for product development, reliability, performance, and cost improvement, as well as leadership and technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in new product development
- A minimum of 2 years in a Leadership or Manager of People position
- Demonstrated leadership skills, experience with design processes, portfolio and program management skills, knowledge of customer strategies
- Proven track record of driving change and ability to develop and execute technology development plans
