Product Line Engineering Manager - Hydraulic Power Distribution

The Product Line Engineering Manager - Hydraulic Power Distribution is responsible for leading the engineering department to deliver high quality technical output on time, providing technical advice and guidance, and developing culture and employee satisfaction. The role oversees product development, research and development, and aftermarket support, and coordinates with division and group engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in mechanical, systems, or aerospace engineering and at least 10 years of experience in engineering in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mechanical, Systems, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering in an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in product development
• Minimum 5 years' of direct MOP (manager of people) experience
