Product Quality Engineer

Eaton's Electrical division is seeking a Customer Product Quality Engineer to join their team in Richmond, VA. The role involves supporting customer quality issues and warranty performance across the CPS business. The position will be a hybrid office role with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, as long as the candidate lives within 50 miles of the Raleigh, NC facility. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Requirements

• Obtains data, monitors, analyzes and identifies product and customer issues to drive investigations and root cause identification
• Collaborates with cross functional team members to drive an effective closed loop corrective action process
• Maintains and improves data collection systems and analytics to provide actionable information to drive continuous product line and customer quality process improvements
