Job Description
Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is seeking a Product Service Engineer to join their service organization. The role is based in Raleigh, NC with a hybrid 3x2 schedule. The Product Service Engineer will collaborate with global teams to develop and manage service plans and documentation, support production lines, and ensure service ability of products. The role will involve working closely with classroom facilitators to ensure service technicians receive high-value training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience evaluating, testing, installing, or maintaining industrial and commercial power systems equipment
- Ability to lift, move and set up demonstration equipment up to 40 pounds
