Production Supervisor - 1st shift

Production Supervisor - 1st shift responsible for overall management of a manufacturing cell, leading a team to achieve production schedule, product quality, product cost, and employee safety goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Five (5)+ years' experience in a manufacturing plant or operations environment
• One (1) + year of supervisor/manager of people experience
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and within the future
• Prequalification to work on defense projects, per the state department ITAR regulations
