Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Eaton's Power Components Division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to lead and direct hourly manufacturing employees on 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) to achieve the plant goals focusing on safety, quality, on-time delivery, continuous improvement, productivity, and cost-out.

Requirements

• Proactively implement, promote, and maintain a safe working environment while supporting MESH and other Eaton initiatives
• Guide the manufacturing team to meet production schedules, exceed customer expectations, and improve on-time delivery, labor utilization, and productivity
• Train, evaluate, coach, and develop employees to meet performance goals, including operator certifications and cross-training
