Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift to drive a Zero Incident Safety Culture, align department requirements with Eaton's Quality Management System, and manage department operations to meet on-time delivery for our customers.
Requirements
- Associates Degree with 2 or more years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma/GED with 4 or more years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 1 year experience with lean methodologies and practices
