Job Description
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and supervise production processes and employee resources in our Steel department. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of manufacturing experience. Responsibilities include promoting a safe working environment, implementing continuous improvement programs, and developing employees on equipment operation and machine practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year work experience in a manufacturing position
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of EEO, OSHA, and other Federal and State laws
- Experience with SAP
