Program Manager

Eaton's division is currently seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional project teams on globally integrated new product development programs. The role involves actively managing programs from beginning to end, developing comprehensive program management plans, and ensuring that all members of the Program Team execute the program plan in adherence with standard phase gate methodology and tools.

Requirements

• Lead cross-functional project teams on globally integrated new product development programs
• Develop comprehensive program management plans to achieve objectives and meet commitments
• Manage scope of work and stakeholders
• Regularly monitor, communicate, and control program performance against plan
• Proactively mitigate program risks and develop contingency plans
• Facilitate clear communications with all internal and external stakeholders
• Drive importance of meeting business and financial commitments across the program team
