Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Program Manager to manage sustaining engineering, new process development, and continuous improvement projects. The position requires up to 25% travel and involves leading global project teams, managing program scope and execution, and maintaining a robust Communications Plan.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 3 years experience leading programs or projects for engineering or manufacturing teams
- PMP Certification (preferred)
- Master's Degree from an accredited institution in a Business or Engineering Discipline (preferred)
- Minimum of 6 years experience in program management and leadership of project teams (preferred)
