Program Manager II

Eaton's Electrical Sector is seeking a Program Manager II to lead new technology introduction for Eaton's DC Circuit Protection product line. The role will oversee program delivery, portfolio management, and development of standard work within the technology value stream.

Requirements

• Execute assigned technology programs utilizing Eaton's PreLaunch governance model
• Own the PCS advanced technology portfolio, including project intake, prioritization, execution, and governance
• Facilitate structured reviews and decision forums with stakeholders to ensure concepts meet strategic, consumer, technical, timing, and cost criteria
• Balance desirability, feasibility, timing, and business impact across the portfolio
• Serve as a key integrator across the Advanced Technology, Data Center Product, and Division teams to actively coordinate dependencies, sequence work, and resolve friction
• Develop, document, and continuously improve standard work, tools, and governance for technology development execution
