Project Finance Controller

Join Eaton, a global leader in energy management technologies and services, as a Project Finance Controller in their Budapest office. This role is part of the EMEA Project Controlling Team, supporting risk management, project financial management, and commercial and contractual activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related academic field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Extensive experience in controlling, financial management, or a similar role, preferably in a project-based organization or operation
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, ideally including revenue recognition, cost management, and risk analysis
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI and other project financial tools are welcomed
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Ability to influence and support team accountability
• Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic, project-driven environment
• Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
