Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer is responsible for monitoring the overall quality of manufactured products, testing processes, and enforcing quality standards. They work with a team to ensure products meet customer expectations and optimize the manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Develops and implements quality standards and control systems
• Monitors and analyzes quality performance
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
• Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that all raw materials meet organizational quality standards
• Interpret customer feedback for identifying flaws in manufactured goods and suggest/implement changes wherever needed
• Monitor employee training and safety standards followed as a part of manufacturing process
• Analyze and document potential issues in production process and design methods to fix them
• Stay updated about the legal standards and regulations for manufactured products and ensure compliance to those standards
• Improve customer satisfaction and brand loyalty through quality consistent products
• Collate data and prepare quality reports to analyze external and internal quality standards
• Lead cross functional teams during root cause analysis event
• Perform Quality and Process Audits
• Support Tool Calibration
