Quality Manager

Eaton’s IS AER ITD Aerospace Interconnect division is currently seeking a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will ensure the quality of Eaton’s products through the development and enforcement of quality and manufacturing processes. Develops and implements plans to achieve operation and group quality goals. Directs the implementation and ongoing oversight of the Aerospace Quality Leading Indicators and Quality Best Practices through the Eaton Zero Defects Plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Quality Manager within a manufacturing environment.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience reading product Blueprints, Specifications, and Engineering Product Requirements.
• A minimum of 5 years experience supervising Quality related professionals.
