Job Description
Eaton's Power Components Division is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead continuous improvement initiatives and supervise Quality Technicians. The role focuses on improving quality performance, reducing PPM, and ensuring compliance with the Eaton Quality System, Eaton Business System, and customer-specific requirements.
Requirements
- Supervise and develop Quality Technicians
- Lead continuous improvement efforts within the Quality Management System
- Drive quality performance improvement, PPM reduction, and corrective action effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with EQMS policies, ISO 9001, regulatory standards, and customer requirements
