Job Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Quality Technician to join their team in Waukesha, WI. The Quality Technician reviews service tickets, documents new/updated procedures, and audits the production floor for quality issues. They will investigate the cause of nonconforming products, implement corrective actions, and update quality metrics. The position offers a sign-on bonus, health benefits, vacation time, paid holidays, weekly pay, and shift premiums.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing setting
