Test Engineer

Requirements

• College degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Materials Science, Electrochemistry, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in test equipment maintenance, debugging, or automation in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience in energy storage, supercapacitors, batteries, or electronic components is preferred.
• Basic understanding of electronic component or supercapacitor testing principles and charge/discharge testing methods.
• Hands-on experience with charge and discharge systems (e.g. Arbin, Neware, Chroma), aging machines, ESR testers, or similar equipment.
• Familiarity with automation hardware such as PLCs, relays, cylinders, servo systems, and current sampling modules.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and support PLC or communication troubleshooting.
• Ability to use Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
