Job Description
The Test Tech Engineer will support the setup, operation, and maintenance of electrical test equipment and systems used in the manufacturing of Eaton products.
Requirements
- Associate degree or Technical Certification in Electronics, Electrical Technology, or related field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or testing environment
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and test equipment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO 9001
- Willingness to work flexible hours and support multiple shifts if needed
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Statistics knowledge: MSA, GR&R, SPC
- Familiarity with PLCs, LabView, and data collection systems
