Job Description
As a Training Specialist for Eaton's Electrical Engineering Services & Systems (EESS) division, you'll develop, coordinate, and deliver training that ensures our engineers and field personnel stay aligned, skilled, and ready to support the evolving needs of our customers and the future of energy. The role involves developing technical training materials, delivering training programs, and supporting customer-facing training activities.
Requirements
- Developing and maintaining technical training materials for PSC personnel
- Delivering training programs that support consistent application of PSC engineering methods across projects and platforms
- Converting engineering standards, templates, and internal guidance into structured training content
- Supporting onboarding of new PSC engineers
- Working with PSC subject matter experts to capture lessons learned and update standard designs
- Supporting customer-facing training activities
- Tracking training participation and curriculum coverage
