Utility Protection and Control Technician II

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Utility Protection and Control Technician II to work on transmission and distribution substation additions or modifications. The role involves commissioning systems, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring safety and reliability standards are met. The technician will work remotely and travel up to 3 consecutive weeks at a time, primarily in the Northeast and Northeastern Midwest.

Requirements

• 5+ years of substation relay testing experience
• Must reside within the contiguous United States
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
• Submit to initial and periodic customer required background and drug screenings
