Job Description
Supervise warehouse leaders to ensure timely and safe execution of warehouse operations, develop processes to maximize output and reduce costs, and lead daily and weekly meetings to communicate safety topics and departmental performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position
- APICS (CPIM) Certification desirable
- Prior experience with ERP systems (MAPICS desirable)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience working in environments with OEA, CTPAT, inventory control, shipment administration and documentation, receiving processes
- Experience leading teams
